>How long is your turnaround time?
All tasbihs are handmade by us and take approx 2-3 weeks to be made and sent out. But this can be brought forward if needed sooner, just leave a note during checkout.
For internationally orders, it then takes a further 1-2 weeks for delivery, (can change if in our busiest periods) - tasbihs can be made quicker if needed by a certain date, please email for information.
>Can you change the design/colour of a certain tasbih?
Yes we can, as with all our tasbihs, just email us at email@example.com for colour changes.
>Do you do bridal tasbih sets as a His & Her gifts?
Yes we do and have done many in the past especially colour co-ordinated ones in accordance to the wedding day theme, just contact us for a quote.
>Do you provide an engraving service?
Yes we do! We can do English engravings on a silver plated heart or oval shape charm with option to engrave both sides.
>Are your tasbihs strong?
We do our upmost best to ensure your Personalized Tasbih lasts for a very long time by using strong wire/thread to make sure your tasbih lasts for many years.
>Do you do tasbih repairs?
Yes we do! Just contact us with your tasbih problems including any beads missing and if you want to personalise your current tasbih and also with a picture of the broken tasbih.
>What are your payment methods?
We accept PayPal or card payment whichever suits you best.
>What are your bead ranges?
We specialise is a whole range of different bead materials from glass pearls, marble-look, crackled-look, crystal beads, wooden beads (including specialist woods), semi-precious gemstones such as Feroza and Red Aqeeq stones and Shamballa and Swarovski Crystals.
>What is your shipping rate to United Kingdom?
Flat rate of £2.50 or FREE for orders over £50.
>Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! There is a postage rate depending on how many tasbihs, starting at £10 for signed for delivery (more for larger orders).
>How do I order?

>Where are you based?
We are based in the United Kingdom.
>Do you have a store?
We haven't but we can supply to other stores (more information coming up soon on our website on nearest store).
>Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed and paid, it can not be changed or cancelled.
>Do you accept refunds?
Due to the nature of our work of personalisation, we do not accept refunds. If your item is damaged upon arrival or failed delivery then we will try our best to resend or exchange.
